What this tool is

Today Issue Uploader ("the tool") is a private, single-user program run by the operator of the Today Issue channel on the operator's own computer. Its only function is to upload the operator's own videos to the operator's own YouTube channel. It has no public sign-up and no other users.

YouTube API Services

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool, the operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Information accessed, collected, stored and used

• The tool accesses the operator's YouTube account through Google OAuth 2.0 with the scopes youtube.upload (to upload videos) and youtube.readonly (to read the channel name and the status of the uploaded videos).
• It stores one OAuth refresh token on the operator's own computer, in a local configuration file that is not shared or published.
• It does not collect, store or process any data about viewers or any other YouTube users. It does not read comments, subscriber lists or analytics.
• It keeps a local record of the videos it uploaded (video ID, URL and upload time) so that the same video is not uploaded twice.

Sharing

No information obtained through YouTube API Services is shared with, sold to or transferred to any third party.

Cookies and similar technologies

The tool does not place cookies or use tracking technologies. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Deleting stored data and revoking access

The operator can delete the stored token at any time by deleting the local configuration file, and can revoke the tool's access to the Google account on the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Upload records are deleted together with the local project folder.

• 리프레시 토큰 하나를 운영자 컴퓨터의 설정 파일에만 저장합니다. 이 파일은 공유하거나 공개하지 않습니다.
• 시청자나 다른 유튜브 사용자의 정보는 수집, 저장, 처리하지 않습니다. 댓글, 구독자 목록, 분석 자료를 읽지 않습니다.
• 같은 영상을 두 번 올리지 않으려고 올린 영상의 ID, 주소, 올린 시각을 운영자 컴퓨터에 기록합니다.

YouTube API 서비스로 얻은 정보를 제3자에게 제공, 판매, 이전하지 않습니다.
